How to Participate in the EDUINNOVAI 2026 Conference

To participate in the II International Conference on Teaching Innovation in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence 2026, please follow the steps outlined below:

1) Submit your abstract
Upload your abstract through the official online submission form. Once received, it will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Deadline: February 15, 2026

2) Complete Your Registration Payment
Once your abstract has been accepted, access the payment page to confirm your registration for the Conference.

1. Guidelines for Abstract Submission

The II International Conference on Teaching Innovation in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence – EDUINNOVAI (2026) invites educators, researchers, professionals, and academics to submit original abstracts exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can transform teaching methodologies, educational management, access to information, and the development of new competencies among students.

Please carefully read the following guidelines before preparing your abstract.

Submission Process

  • Deadline: February 15, 2026
    How to submit: Complete and upload your file using the official submission form available at the bottom of this page. Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the form; submissions by email will not be accepted.

    Files must be in Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted.

    Abstracts and full papers may be submitted in English or Spanish.

Formatting Requirements

  • Length: Up to 400 words

  • Page size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm); 2 cm margins on all sides

  • Font: Arial 12; title in CAPITAL LETTERS, bold, 14 pt, centred

  • Spacing: Single-spaced, justified alignment

  • Keywords: 2–5 keywords in both English and Spanish, separated by semicolons

  • Citations: Parenthetical citations should not appear in the abstract

Submission Limit

Each author may submit up to two abstracts, either as sole author or co-author.

Registration Requirement

Authors of accepted abstracts must complete registration and payment before March 5, 2026, in order to remain eligible to present their work and to submit the full paper for publication.

2. Guidelines for Book Chapter Submission

Authors whose abstracts are accepted following the double-blind peer review process conducted by the Scientific Committee will be invited to submit a full paper for publication as a book chapter in a collective academic volume with an ISBN registration.

The publication will include the approved conference papers and the teaching materials presented during the Conference and will be published in digital open-access format during the first quarter of 2026.

Full papers must be submitted exclusively through the form; submissions by email will not be accepted. Files must be in Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted.
  • Full papers may be written and submitted in English or Spanish.

Formatting Requirements

  • Page size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm); 2 cm margins on all sides

  • Font: Arial 12; title in CAPITAL LETTERS, bold, 14 pt, centred

  • Spacing: Single-spaced, justified alignment

  • Length: Up to 7,500 words, including tables, figures, and references

  • Only original and unpublished articles will be accepted.

  • All submissions will undergo a plagiarism screening process and scientific evaluation by the Conference Committee.

3. Peer Review and Evaluation

All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process coordinated by the Scientific Committee.

The evaluation criteria include:

  • Originality and relevance to the Conference themes.

  • Methodological rigour and clarity of argumentation.

  • Quality of results and contribution to knowledge.

  • Compliance with academic and ethical standards.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by email before February 26, 2026.

4. Ethical Statement and Originality

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

By uploading their file, authors confirm compliance with ethical standards, citation integrity, and authorship responsibility.

All papers are screened using plagiarism-detection software to ensure academic integrity and transparency.

5. Publication and Visibility

Accepted chapters will be published in a collective digital volume with ISBN registration, coordinated by the Conference Editorial Committee.

The publication will adhere to open-access principles, maximising academic visibility and citability, and is scheduled for release in August 2026.
